Introducing the “Philadelphia 1865ers” shirt.

Inspired by the iconic Philadelphia 76ers jersey aesthetic, this piece reimagines American freedom through the lens of Black liberation.

Philadelphia is the city where the Constitution was debated and the Declaration of Independence was signed. The year 1865 marks the emancipation of enslaved Black Americans in Texas, the foundation of Juneteenth.

The number 13 represents both the original 13 colonies and the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution that abolished slavery.
